We are currently seeking driven professionals to join our team as a Sales Conversion Specialist for our Target Marketing Department. At Modern Exteriors, we provide the systems, support, and resources necessary for our team to maximize performance and drive revenue. This role plays a direct impact on company success by converting missed opportunities, supporting in-home sales representatives, and protecting scheduled appointments from cancellation.
This is a true closer role — not a cold calling or appointment setting position. You will be working with warm opportunities, assisting in live sales situations, and closing deals.

Position Overview
The Sales Conversion Specialist is responsible for maximizing revenue opportunities generated by Modern Exterior’s sales and marketing efforts.
This is a closer-focused role, where representatives work with existing opportunities rather than generating new leads.
The Target Marketing Department serves as a centralized sales support team that:
- Assists in-home sales representatives in closing deals
- Converts previously unsold homeowners into customers
- Protects scheduled appointments from cancellation
Core Responsibilities
1. Rehash Sales
Rehash sales involve contacting homeowners who previously received an in-home roofing consultation but did not move forward with the project. The goal is to convert previously lost opportunities into additional revenue.
2. Turn Over (TO) Sales Support
During in-home sales appointments, field sales representatives may contact the Target Marketing Department for assistance when a homeowner is hesitant to move forward. In these situations, the Sales Support Specialist speaks directly with the homeowner to help close the sale. Sales Support Specialists act as a secondary closer during these interactions.
3. Cancel At Door (CAD) Calls
In some cases, homeowners attempt to cancel an appointment when the field sales representative arrives at the property. Sales Support Specialists speak with the homeowner to prevent the cancellation and encourage them to proceed with the consultation. The goal is to protect scheduled appointments and avoid lost opportunities.

Compensation
Sales Support Specialists are compensated through a combination of base salary and performance-based commission.
$25,000 base salary + uncapped commission with $80,000–$125,000+ earning potential.
Work Schedule
This is a full-time, in-office position with standard hours of 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
The Target Marketing Department operates in coordination with the in-home sales appointment schedule. Between appointment windows, representatives conduct rehash outreach and follow-up calls.
